Raw materials selection
Main housing: PA66 with glass fiber, good heat resistance and mechanical strength; POM for internal moving parts, excellent wear resistance.
Contact parts: silver alloy, stable conductivity and anti-oxidation.
Rubber seals: EPDM, good waterproof and ageing resistance.
Preferred materials: flame-retardant reinforced PA66 and silver cadmium-free alloy contacts to meet automotive standards.
Key production process details & quality control
Injection molding: Control molding temperature and cycle time to avoid shrinkage, warpage and surface defects of plastic housings.
Component assembly: Prevent foreign matter inside switches; ensure correct positioning of springs, contacts and PCBA; avoid mis-assembly or loose parts.
Soldering process: Control soldering temperature to prevent cold solder joints, short circuit or damage to circuit boards.
Waterproof & dust-proof assembly: Guarantee proper fitting of sealing rubber, no gap at joint surfaces.

Electrical tester: Test continuity, resistance, over-current performance and short circuit protection.
Life test machine: Simulate repeated pressing to verify switch operation lifespan.
Environmental test chamber: Conduct high/low temperature, humidity and thermal cycling tests.
