1. Standardized Process: Comprehensive Control from Raw Materials to Finished Product

Freecars’s quality control extends beyond finished product inspection and encompasses every stage of the process, from raw material delivery to finished product shipment, strictly adhering to the IATF16949 standard:

Order Confirmation: After the customer submits their request, a dedicated team quickly reviews the order and confirms the product model, specifications, quantity, and delivery requirements.

Raw Material Preparation: High-quality raw materials are sourced globally and undergo multiple inspections before entering the factory to prevent unqualified materials from entering production.

Production and Processing: Dedicated personnel conduct inspections throughout the raw material mixing, extrusion, vulcanization, and post-processing (cooling, winding, and surface treatment) stages to ensure compliance with process standards.

Cutting and Assembly: Precision cutting and joint assembly are performed as required to avoid dimensional deviations.

Finished Product Inspection: Physical performance testing, durability testing, dimensional inspection, and other multiple verification processes ensure that unqualified products are never shipped.

Packaging and Logistics: A comprehensive packaging solution with customized labeling, combined with effective warehouse management and efficient transportation, ensures safe delivery of products to customers.

2.  Professional Testing: International-Grade Equipment Ensures Quality

To ensure stable product performance, Freecars’s hoses should be tested by several sets of internationally advanced testing equipment, covering core hose performance indicators such as aging resistance, pressure resistance, tensile strength, and high and low temperature adaptability:

• Ozone Aging Test Chamber: Simulates an ozone environment to test hose performance and ensure product reliability in outdoor and harsh environments;
• Rotorless Rheometer: Eliminates the traditional wear-prone rotor design, significantly improving the accuracy and repeatability of test data, providing a scientific basis for vulcanization process optimization.
• Tensile Testing Machine: Tests the maximum bearing capacity of hoses under tension, ensuring the practicality and safety of products in automotive operation.
• Hose Burst Tester: Uses hydraulic or pneumatic systems to precisely control the pressure rate to test the hose’s burst resistance and prevent leaks and ruptures during use;
• High and Low Temperature Test Chamber: Simulates extreme high and low temperature environments to reduce hose failure rates in different climates and enhance product durability. These testing equipment complement the IATF16949 system and constitute Freecars’s “quality moat”, ensuring that every batch of products is “qualified and safe to use”.
