Quality Control

The quality of Freecars products is being tried to equivalent to the OriginalEquipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts in:

Size / Weight / Materials / Processes / Appearance / Color

2. We have our own injection machine, high hydraulic machine and assemblyworkshop, and efficient technical team which control all the products fromshape design to internal optimization by excellent skill.

3. We’ve got the certificate from ISO/TS 16949: 2009 international quality certification system. We have strictly control on every step during production, evensome details from sheet metal to each screw. Every step of working procedureis monitoring and signed. Finished products have delivery inspection, andqualified products can be sent to customers.

4. All products are subject to several quality control at every stage of production.
